Estimates
Estimates based on photos and submitted project details are preliminary. If the onsite condition, access, disposal volume, or requested scope differs materially from what was described, any adjustment will be explained before additional work is completed.
Scope of work
Services are performed according to the documented and approved scope. Work outside the approved scope requires separate confirmation.
Access and site conditions
Customers are responsible for providing accurate access information and disclosing known site conditions, including hazardous materials, pet-related conditions, and disposal requirements.
Scheduling and cancellations
Scheduled dates are coordinated in advance. If a project needs to be rescheduled or canceled, please provide as much notice as possible.
Payment
Payment terms are confirmed with the estimate or scope document for each project.
Photos and documentation
Progress and completion photos may be taken as project documentation. Project photos are only published with permission and never include personal details or exact addresses.
