DwellSet Property Prep was founded by Presley Kentchadjin after recognizing a gap in how properties were being prepared for their next stage.
Too often, homeowners and property professionals were forced to coordinate several separate providers just to get one property ready. One company handled the cleaning, another removed unwanted items, another addressed the garage or exterior — and the owner was left managing the entire process.
Presley saw an opportunity to create something more organized.
DwellSet was built around one clear outcome: bringing the essential preparation services together so a property can move forward clean, cleared, presentable, and ready for what comes next.
